Our origins
Traceability is the first step to honoring the producer's effort. Get to know who's behind your cup of coffee.
Which story do you want to know?
A coffee from Alto Inambari, Sandia
In the district of Alto Inambari, province of Sandia (Puno), at 1,850 meters above sea level, Simón Quispe grows coffee on Finca Generosa the way it's been done there for decades: by hand, using techniques passed down from generation to generation.
This isn't a region of large estates or industrialized processes. Here, the plots are small, and the work depends almost entirely on the hands of the people who grow the coffee.
A producer in pursuit of excellence
The hillsides are steep, and each farm processes its coffee independently. The result depends on each producer's decisions: how they select the cherries, how long they ferment the coffee, and the care they put into every stage.
Simón has chosen to work with patience and diligence, hand-selecting ripe cherries and pursuing the best expression of his harvest. That dedication shows in a cup that's clean, balanced, and full of character.
The soil takes center stage
The altitude, climate, and fertile soils of Alto Inambari give the Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties the ideal conditions to thrive. A washed process completes the work, preserving the coffee's clarity and natural sweetness to deliver a cup that truly reflects its origin.
Tasting experience
Our Puno coffee stands out for its distinctive sweetness. Chocolate and golden raisins define the first impression. Then come caramelized apple and red berries, alongside a citrus brightness reminiscent of naranjilla.
A cup with medium body and a sweet, clean, lingering finish.
